DISCOUNT CODE TERMS

– Discount codes can only be applied once to any order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
– Once applied the discount code cannot be used again.
– Discount codes cannot be added or refunded after the purchase has taken place.
– Two discount codes cannot be used on an order.
– If an item is returned from an order that had a discount code applied, the value of the code used will be deducted from any refund.
– Codes that have been redeemed cannot be reissued in the event of a return.

New Customer Promotion

 

If you are a new customer, you will be given the chance to enter your email address & sign up to our newsletter, once you have subscribed you will receive a further email with a 10% off your first order code. You must wait for this email before placing your first order to use your discount.

  • Discount code can only be used once.
  • Discount codes cannot be used on Sale Items or Promotions.
  • We cannot refund the discount once an order has been placed.
  • The discount code will apply 10% discount across your whole order, excluding shipping.

Birthday Promotion 

If you have submitted you email address and date of birthday and are signed up to receive marketing you will receive a code to use on your birthday month that will entitle you to 20% off your next order.

  • We cannot refund the discount once an order has been placed and the code cannot be used on future orders.
  • The discount code will apply 20% discount across your whole order, excluding shipping.

Further Promotion  

If you have placed your very first order you will be subject to receive further promotions and offers. Should you qualify for these emails the following will apply:

  • Discount codes can only be used once.
  • Discount codes must adhere to the rules set within email.
  • Discount codes cannot be used on Sale Items and they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
  • We cannot refund the discount once an order has been placed and the code cannot be used on any orders other than the ones specified.
  • The discount code will apply the specified discount across the entire order excluding shipping.
  • Promotion is subject to change and we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion at any time.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to include proof of purchase consisting of your order number or packing slip.

We aim to ensure refunds/exchanges are processed within 5 working days of receipt of your returns parcel however during busy periods this may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience with this. 

Your items can be returned in store or by posting back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 -5  working days.

Please make sure the parcel has a return address specified in case of an issue.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send your parcel recorded delivery and please retain your proof of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
