Returns

• Due to the business closing down on June 28^th 2025 we will no longer be accepting returns on items purchased after 5^th June 2026 unless your item is faulty.  Please note if a faulty return arrives with us after June 28^th 2025 there will be no one available to process the return.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require you to include proof of purchase consisting of your order number or packing slip.

Your items can be returned in store or by posting back to us.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 -5 working days. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of your returns parcel.
