What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your parcel is returned outside of the returns cut off period we will unfortunately be unable to process your refund. In this case if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel back to yourself.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require you to include proof of purchase consisting of your order number or packing slip.
Your items can be returned in store or by posting back to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 -5 working days. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt of your returns parcel.

Please make sure the parcel has a return address specified in case of an issue.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend you send your parcel recorded delivery and please retain your proof of postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will accept returns purchased as Christmas gifts up until the 15th of January. Please note that refunds will be processed back to the card the gift was paid with.
